Paul Berger:
  
Paul’s focus is catastrophe law and damage assessment from hurricanes. A native of Boston, Paul first moved to Florida in 1990 to attend law school at the University of Miami. He understands the impact that hurricanes have on South Florida having experienced first hand the devastation of Hurricane Andrew. Paul has handled hundreds of hurricane claims, and has helped his clients receive millions of dollars in additional insurance proceeds. Paul is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, Member of the Florida Bar and Member of the Florida Association of Public Insurance Adjusters and the Windstorm Network.
  
  
Nicole Freedlander:
  
Nicole Sophia Freedlander has distinguished herself by devoting 13 years to helping Floridians pursue settlements and judgments against insurance companies and their policyholders. She has handled a broad array of cases including windstorm and hurricane claims, unsafe premises, medical malpractice, defective products, and negligent security. She has tried numerous cases throughout Florida with successful results including several settlements in excess of a million dollars. Throughout her career she has been an advocate against corporate greed and the insurance industry and fights hard for those people that have been taken advantage of. She is a graduate of the University of Miami Law School, manages the firm’s Miami office and is a Member of the Florida Bar.

Guy approaches the practice of law with passion and diligence. A long time Florida resident, he graduated from Emory University with a bachelor of arts, and came home to Florida for law school at Stetson University College of Law. Practicing for more than twelve years, Guy focuses on insurance related litigation and only represents policy holders and consumers.
